Two Outside Men

These Membership Terms govern your subscription to Two Outside Men, a sports analysis and handicapping information service operated by Pie-O-My Group LLC.

Two Outside Men provides sports analysis, opinions, and informational content only. We do not accept or place wagers, operate a sportsbook, or guarantee the outcome of any wager.

1. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

Members receive access to every Official Play released by Two Outside Men during their active membership. Official Plays may include spreads, moneylines, totals, team totals, player props, parlays, or other sports wagering markets.

There is no guaranteed number of Official Plays. Two Outside Men releases plays only when we believe a qualifying opportunity exists.

2. MEMBERSHIP PLANS AND BILLING

Two Outside Men currently offers Weekly and Founding Member subscription plans. Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis until canceled.

Weekly Membership: $29.99 per week.

Founding Membership: $99.99 per month. Founding Membership is limited to 25 members. The $99.99 monthly rate remains locked for as long as the membership remains continuously active. If a Founding Member cancels and later rejoins, the Founding Member rate is no longer guaranteed.

Members authorize the applicable recurring membership charge when subscribing.

3. CANCELLATION

Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges and does not terminate access immediately. Membership access continues through the end of the member’s current paid billing period.

Cancellation does not result in a refund or prorated credit for any unused portion of the current billing period.

For Founding Members, cancellation ends the member’s Founding Member price protection. If the former member later rejoins, membership will be offered at the price and terms then available.

4. NO GUARANTEES

Sports wagering involves risk. Two Outside Men does not guarantee that any Official Play will win, produce a profit, or achieve any particular result.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Lines, odds, injuries, weather, availability, and other circumstances may change after an Official Play is released.

Members are solely responsible for deciding whether to place a wager, the amount wagered, and the sportsbook or wagering platform used.

5. LINES, ODDS AND AVAILABILITY

Each Official Play is released with the line, odds or price available at the time of release. Sports betting markets can change quickly, and Two Outside Men cannot guarantee that members will be able to obtain the same line or price.

Members are responsible for determining whether they wish to wager at a different number or price if the released number is no longer available.

An Official Play remains recorded at the line and price at which it was originally released, regardless of subsequent market movement.

6. PERSONAL USE

Membership access and Official Plays are provided for the personal use of the member. Members may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit Two Outside Men content without permission.

Two Outside Men may suspend or terminate access for unauthorized redistribution or misuse of membership content.

7. CHANGES AND CONTACT

Two Outside Men may update these Membership Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting an active membership will be communicated as appropriate.
